Refund policy

In all scenarios below, our policies last for 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase unfortunately, we will be unable to offer you an exchange, return or refund.

Damaged Goods or Incorrect Items

In the unlikely event that your item is damaged, faulty or you have received an item different to the one ordered, please inform us via email at your very earliest convenience, and we will be happy organise to replace, exchange or fully refund the item for you as swiftly as humanly possible.

Items Ordered in Error / Change of Mind

In the event that you have ordered something in error (wrong size, wrong colour etc.) or simply changed your mind, we ask that you contact us within 14 days of your purchase. We will be happy to replace, exchange or issue a store credit/gift card to the value of the item, subject to the item being in the same condition as you received it and in the original packaging. You will be responsible for all shipping costs in the return of your item. All original shipping costs are non-refundable and will be deducted from any store credit issued where appropriate.

Limited Edition Prints & Original Artwork

The art will need to be wrapped in the original packaging. (Please note: our courier service cannot collect and return to us, without this external packaging). If the original packaging is not available, additional packaging will be sent to you and further charges will apply. 

Exclusions

We are unable to offer exchanges, returns or refunds for Gift Cards or Artwork you have commissioned SLEEK to produce exclusively for you.

The above terms do not affect your statutory rights.
