Shipping policy

 Our last recommended ordering date for Christmas delivery (excluding Limited Edition Prints & Original Artwork) is Tuesday 13th December for Cushions, and Wednesday 14th December for everything else. We cannot accept responsibility for any orders not arriving in time for Christmas, due to a number of strikes taking place throughout December, and the unknown delays this may cause. Thank you for understanding.

How long will it take for my art to be delivered?

Original artwork = dispatched within 2 weeks

Limited edition prints = up to 2-3 weeks

Open edition canvases/prints = dispatched within 3-5 working days

Mugs, coasters, placemats, glass chopping boards, tote bags, cushions = dispatched within 3-5 working days

Cards = dispatched within 1-5 working days

 

 

 

What do I do upon receiving my piece of art?

Before signing for your piece of art, please check all external packaging for damage. If you are happy with the condition, please sign the paperwork as ‘in good Condition’. If there is visible damage or you suspect there may be damage, then please accept the delivery but sign the paperwork as ‘damaged goods’. Please then contact us to arrange for the piece to be collected for return.

When opening your package, please take care and allow for possible movement in transit. Once open, it’s very important that you retain all internal and external packaging, until you have examined and ascertained that you are happy with the artwork sent. Should there be a need to return the art to us please use the specially designed packaging for its safe return. Insufficient packing on any returned items may affect your insurance cover.

Large/medium open canvases and prints = £9.99

Small open canvases and prints = £4.99

Mugs = £4.99

Coasters = £4.99

Glass Chopping Boards = £4.99

Placemats = £4.99 

Tote Bags = £4.99

Cards/notebooks = £1.99

Highlands and Islands there may be some additional costs.

Artwork Returns

How do I arrange a return for a piece of art?

If your piece of art needs to be returned, please contact us within 14 days of receipt and we will arrange a suitable date and time to collect the piece. The art will need to be wrapped in the original packaging. (Please note: our courier service cannot collect and return to us, without this external packaging). If the original packaging is not available, additional packaging will be sent to you and further charges will apply.
